Franciscan Sisters' July Discernment Options

Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity offer some July Discernment Opportunities that are a sure invitation to opening the door to meeting all of our Sisters and discerning God's will for you in our North East Wisconsin Motherhouse.

Meet the Whole Community

One way to discern Franciscan life with us is to immerse yourself in our daily life. Beginning July 1-9 we have a variety of activities that will not only allow you to live with us in our Motherhouse, but you will truly see all of us gathering from the four winds to be with each other. Be ready for a class on St. Clare's Letters to St. Agnes. Other talks planned are on our Community history, health awareness and intercultural development. Walk with us on our own Community Camino Pilgrimage tracing some steps of our early foundresses. Come for a day or a few days. Call or text Sister Julie Ann at 920-323-9632 for more information.

Silent Discernment Retreat - July 9-14

Looking for a silent discernment retreat? St. Ignatius Loyola developed methods of contemplative prayer that help people grow on their pilgrimage of life. His method of assisting people make decisions is  time-tried by many souls. Using stories and Scripture, this retreat will help us walk with Jesus, to know him more clearly, love him more dearly and follow him more nearly. Let us walk together. Father Kevin Schneider, SJ, directs this July 9-14 retreat. Expect helpful advice for discernment. Click here to register. Come a few days or all week.
