Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity invite single young women to begin the new year with a Silent Discernment of Spirits Retreat January 27-29, 2017. Retreat allows a quiet space to reflect on a call to marriage or religious life, but also knowledge can be applied to any daily life situation. The weekend proves to be life changing!
Sister Jacqueline Spaniola leads on this weekend with talks on St. Ignatius' 22 rules of discernment. Presentations will be followed by quiet reflection to do some inner work. The final talk is entitled 'Discerning God's Will'. St. Ignatius' process of going about this in his life will be shared. (It is one tested by many people in decision making.)
While you are with us, there will be opportunities for questions and answers on our lives as Franciscan Sisters. Begins at 5:30 p.m. on Friday until Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
